I'm finding it almost impossible to find time to blog, so please bear with me as I catch up on a few things off line... I have really good intentions and many things to share...
These frosty days of winter in Eastern Idaho remind me of the cold, cold scenes from the movie, "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe".
This piece I created some time ago but it seems somewhat appropriate for this time of year. The blossoms offer hope of Spring to come, framing the little angel girls with their buds of white.
Notice the background script; handwritten knitting instructions for Marguerite's Mittens, January 1929. In an earlier blog I scanned in George's Gray Sweater and Arthur's Brown Mittens, Age 4 1927. Free images for you!
***You may use my free images in art you create for yourself, to sell or to give away, but PLEASE, do not sell this image in a compilation of images such as a CD, printed sheet or download. Thank you for respecting this request.
Below are the images I used in the composition - created in Photoshop.
Man, I sure miss playing around with Photoshop - note to self, get back to it SOON!!!
Take care my friends!
