The topic for Illustration Friday this week is Primitive. This is probably a bit of a stretch to say that American Bison are primitive, but they are some of my favorite animals, so here goes the stretch...

Gorgeous! I love the feeling of light in the background and the border on the bottom. Textures are great, too.

Wow! Now that is just sooooooo well done Rebecca! I love the background you've chosen, the images, they all work just great. I especially like the jagged end at the bottom, unexpected it works very well, giving the piece texture and interest and tying it all together.

You have a terrific blog...since you love the bison...you need to come to the buffalo roundup in Custer SD the end of Sept!!!!!
you would be up close and might even get personal with the critter...when you visit come to the art show...:-)
